Due to his expertise in the Spanish language, Paco was often drafted to join the HBO Sports team to produce materials for HBO Boxing. One of the most memorable experiences he had was in following Canelo Álvarez during his training camp in Bear Mountain, California. Paco was not only the writer and producer, but served as interpreter interviewer and subtitler. More importantly, Paco was able to connect on a personal level with Álvarez and his team, leading to an inspirational final production.
